It was a lovely sunny Saturday for competitors running the Kilburn Kanter, a beautiful 25.2 mile route through the gorgeous but very hilly countryside around Sutton Bank and Rievaulx. The total climb was over 3,600 feet. Lucy Saggers and Nicola Thorpe ran together and both thoroughly enjoyed the event, a fine showcase for the gorgeous autumn colours....
